Altitude Massage is a mobile service which offers treatments in the comfort and ease of your chalet. We are located in Peisey Vallandry but travel to neighbouring ski resorts (Les Arcs, Les Coches, Montchavin, La Plagne, La Rosière and St. Foy).

TREATMENT MENU
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This treatment affects the deepr layers of muscles and connective tissue. Use of long, slow and deep pressures release contracted muscles and connective tissues, which relieve chronic patterns of tension.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Designed to deeply relax both body and mind by use of long smooth strokes to stimulate blood flow throughout the body. Pressure and speed of strokes are designed to meet individuals needs and goals of the session.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Offered pre or post activity. This treatment helps prepare the client to function at their peak performance or to relieve achy and sore muscles after a strenuous ski/activity. It also reduces the possibility of injury by stretching and heating the muscles to alleviate inflammation.
INTERGRATED MASSAGE
The combination of Swedish and Deep tissue massage, ideal for clients who seek specific work on areas of aches and pains but wish to have the benefits of a relaxing Swedish massage to finish the treatment.
